A few started shampoos, because once again you missed out on buying the perfect hair product. Three started body lotions, hand cream, face toner, cleansing gel and toothpaste all packed in plastic. Have you ever wondered how to change this situation and bring more order and less plastic into your bathroom. We understand that habits are hard to change, but for the sake of the planet, it’s worth the small effort. You don’t have to reorganize your whole life right away, just take one small step each day

Less plastic in your bathroom – how to do it?

1. Reduce your trash – replace disposable cotton pads with a cloth dampened with warm water, and replace ear buds with ones that can be reused. The same goes for disposable razors
2. Eco-friendly sanitary products – sanitary pads and tampons are very polluting. Maybe you should think about a more eco-friendly solution? A menstrual cup is a great idea
3. Check if all cosmetics are suitable for use. Throw in the trash any products that are past their expiration date. You can use the expired gel or shampoo as a light washing liquid. Face cream doesn’t work for you – use it as hand cream
4. Opt for bar products. Bars of soap or shampoo are much more efficient and usually only come in paper
5. Choose products in glass jars. Products in glass containers will be an alternative
